They are also authorized to sign all the necessary documents and
contracts required by us in this connection with the recruitment of
workers and to arrange their passport and dispatchment.

(a)
The term of this contract shall be

. With the first three months as
probationary period during which First Party alone may terminate the
contract without compensation, indemnity or prior notice to second party.
(b)
The contract term shall be renewable for a similar period unless
either party notifies the other, 30 days before its expiration, of
his/her desire not to renew the contract.
(c)
Should Second Party violate his/her obligations with respect to the
term of contract, by leaving work before its expiry date, First Party
shall immediately take the necessary procedure for repatriation of Second
Party on his/her expense and deduct the cost incurred from amounts due to
Second Party.
(d)
Second Party may not refuse work nor may work, with or without pay, for
a third party or for his/her own account.
(e)
The conditions of this contract may not be changed or substituted,
if this may harm the benefit of the worker, without approval of the
appropriate governmental authority.
Work
and Wage:
(a)
Both parties have agreed that Second Party shall work for first

The actual working hours are eight hours per day, six days per

Annual
Vacation:

party in accordance with work requirements. Second Party may not
relinquish his/her vacation, but he/she may, with the approval of the

provide Second Party with economy class air ticket form his/her country of
recruitment to his/her place of work (Negotiable). First Party shall also
provide second party with a roundtrip air ticket from his/her place of
work to his/her country of recruitment when he/she goes on vacation and
plans to spend it outside (Negotiable). First Party shall also provide
Second Party with an air ticket on the expiration of the contract for
repatriation to his/her country of origin.
General
Provisions:
(a)
The provision of the host countrys Labor Laws and the decisions
and rules issued for implementation thereof shall be applied in cases
which are not provided for in this contract.
(b)
The two parties hereto agreed that all matters relating to
obligations to be
